Deep Let Go Meditation is a simple, direct approach to meditation that allows us to step out of the push and struggle of day-to-day life and drop into the present moment. It is great for people who don’t like to meditate because they can’t quiet their minds.
Each of us longs for peace. In this class we
will investigate through simple meditation
techniques what it means to stop the war
within, to have no agenda, to rest in
the present moment.
