Service Description

Poses are carefully selected to build strength and stability while flowing with your breath. Expect accessible instructions including allowing time for students to play with multiple variations of poses, always taking the time to investigate how we feel in our bodies. Slower movement and longer holds allow students to release tension and gain flexibility, providing more space for reconnecting mind and body.
